A new Nokia software development kit - SDK - was released by Nokia earlier today, it is made for the Series 40 and is currently on its 6th edition. This latest SDK will be a useful tool for all the developers, because it includes new tools and services that make it easy to create innovative applications.
The fresh Series 40 6th Edition is able to support the Nokia WebKit Open Source Browser for a good experience while browsing the internet, and also Adobe Flash Lite 3.0 for apps that need attention on the graphics department. For navigation purposes it makes use of JSR-179 - a JAVA-based location API.
Other goodies include an emulator to test everything, from Java to Flash Lite, and the ability to have access to video streaming + image rendering.
