Here is a software that is bound to put your mobile phone cameras to good use. Today, phone cameras have become an important add-on for mobile phone seekers. And taking note of that trend, Touchnote has released an app which allows mobile users to take shots of actual real time images and add a message which eventually produces a greeting card that can be sent via Wifi.
Raam Thakrar, CEO of Touchnote, explains: “Touchnote for Mobile takes the best of both worlds, combining the ease of use, speed and personalisation possible in the virtual world with a physical memento. With our service on their Nokia phones, people will be able to easily create their own personal greeting cards on the move by taking photos, adding a personal message and postal address and then simply uploading this to us for next-day distribution.
Now how neat is that? With this new idea, you can simply find the right scene to shoot and then you can perhaps brighten another person’s day with it once they receive it. Touchnote for Mobile is available for free download from the Nokia Ovi store.
Touchnote is offering a free photo card credit to every customer and users can top up their credits through the Ovi Store. The greeting cards will be available in credit bundles, with 1 card available for £3, 2 cards for £5 or 5 cards for £10.
