Nokia has partnered with Skype to now offer Skype for Symbian platforms which subscribers can now get over at the Nokia Ovi Store. Skype for Symbian is free to use and now allows users the said app through WiFi or 3G connectivity. It features free Skype-to-Skype calling although users can also use Skype to make cheaper calls and text to other people abroad.
Skype for Symbian will also be available for phones made by other manufacturers than Nokia, including Sony Ericsson.
