Nokia Messaging will now be available in Nokia S40 phones too. It will debut in Ecuador first and will be pre-loaded with a select number of entry-level phones. Nokia Messaging for S40 is free and provides access to up to 10 POP/IMAP email accounts.

There is no word on when it would be made available in other regions although expect it to come out soon.
