Not to be mistaken for one more handset released from Nokia bearing the same number, the Nokia 3610 Fold is a clamshell (as the name obviously suggests) that stands for “understated elegance” as the Finnish giant points out. And elegant it is, with a smooth looking folding design and the ample keypad for easy typing. The 3610 Fold, in its open state, forms a curve that mirrors the human face, providing the user with effortless use of the device. The front flap plays home to the 1.3 megapixel camera and an external display capable of showing incoming calls and messages or an analog clock when not in use. The internal display limits itself to 2 inches and can display pictures, messages, and webpages in 262k colors. The support for microSD cards up to 4GB indicates that there might also be a media, or at the very least, a music player snuck in there, but Nokia doesn’t mention it.

The Nokia 3610 Fold will be available in the third quarter of 2008 for a fitting price of 125 Euros.
