Nokia 6110 Navigator Gets FCC ApprovedBy Mariella - 04/03/2007 6:57:42 PM |
Alright, the Nokia 6110 Navigator gets the FCC nod! This Symbian smartphone was last seen on these pages a few weeks ago, and packs a punch with 3G/HSDPA support coupled with GPS navigation capabilities.
The phone supports microSD memory cards (up to 2GB) and comes with a USB mini-B connector. Being a Symbian S60 phone (OS v9.2), you can take advantage of the tons of applications available for the platform.
A 2-megapixel camera is thrown in as well. The phone comes with a built-in Navigator application, accessible from the main menu. You can opt for a 2-D or 3-D perspective, or search for POIs. A Nokia Map Manager application is available as an add-on to the PC Suite app.
It looks like the phone is on target for a market release soon. Priced at €450.
