The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic will soon receive a firmware update, more specifically the v40.2.005 which will surely make this device perform better.

In terms of new features, this new firmware version offers:
- kinetic scrolling on the handset;
- auto-switch between keyboard: numeric and QWERTY;
- a new and improved homescreen;

Take in consideration that this firmware update is made for the 3G variant of the 5800 XpressMusic.
