Nokia 5700 XpressMusic: Adding a new twist to mobile music
Nokia reveals yet another great mobile phone with the Nokia 5700 XpressMusic. This 3G smartphone provides an audio chip devoted for enhanced music performance. It features a unique rotating design, which easily switches between four modes with just a simple twist. The four modes available are a music player, 2 Megapixel camera, video call and smartphone.
Being a music phone, the Nokia XpressMusic supports up to 1500 songs using a removable 2GB microSD card. You can either transfer and listen your songs to your microSD card, or download tracks from internet music stores over an extremely fast 3G connection. Enjoy your music all to yourself with a Bluetooth stereo headset or even standard 3.5mm plug-in headphones. File formats supported include WMA, MP3, AAC, eAAC+, and MP4. The phone also supports album art, playists, and includes a 5-band equalizer and audio visualization.
Not only just a music device, the Nokia 5700 XpressMusic provides exceptional video playback on its vibrant color display. With the 3G data cababilites downloading and streaming multimedia content is a breeze.
The Nokia 5700 XpressMusic running off of S60 Symbian OS software is expected to available during the second quarter of 2007 at an estimated retail price of $470 (EUR 350). This phone is a upgrade to the Nokia 5300.
