Nokia has announced three new “3G-ready” devices out of the blue aimed directly at emerging markets.  First up is the Nokia 2730 Classic, a candybar that’s bound to become as popular as the 6700.  And with its 3G capability and a drop-dead price of 80 Euros ($108), this definitely would be a sought-after device when released in the third quarter of 2009.  The 2730 Classic also supports Nokia Life Tools and Ovi Mail, two services from Nokia which hope to gain a wider market share in emerging nations.  That’s all the specs we have on this low-end star for now, but stay tuned as we will get you more.
