New York Times to offer its content digitally, for a priceBy Mark Rollins - 01/17/2010 11:54:05 PM |
According to New York Magazine, the New York Times is intending to charge online readers for its content. I suppose that this makes a world of sense, since all these tablet and e-readers could easily replace traditional newspapers.
Especially since that whole rumor that Apple is launching that iSlate thing on January 27th. I don’t know if print is dead yet, but with NYT offering this paywall system, it may be sooner rather than later before we see all our news in digital form.
