New Potato Technologies iPhone dongle can control anything IRBy Mark Rollins - 03/04/2010 7:07:24 PM |
For those that want to use their iPhone for a little more control should give this special dongle from New Potato Technologies a try.
Essentially, it connects to the iPhone and must be used with an accompanying App to search a database of 14,000 device codes. Once the proper sequence is found, the app can be used to control lights, stereo systems, home cinemas, and anything else that uses IR wireless controls.
If you like, you can get it from the New Potato site for about $79.99, or you can get it in retail outlets starting March 28th.
