Netflix to Bring Watch Instantly to iPhones?

Netflix has been growing steadily so it’s actually no surprise to see this video-on-demand provider interested in the iPhone and iPod touch. Apple’s gadgets are becoming more and more popular and since they come with multimedia features, why shouldn’t Netflix make its Watch Instantly service to them too?

There’s no official news yet but we hear Netflix is indeed working on an application for the App Store. Users will be able to Watch Instantly movies from their queue as long as they are in the vicinity of a WiFi network. Needless to say that streaming videos through a 3G network will not be allowed. But will Apple really let iPhone users enjoy Netflix? Or will we see the application banned from the App Store soon?
