Neonode N2 Mobile Phone for US Markets

Swedish mobile manufacturer Neonode announced that its latest mobile phone, the Neonode N2, will hit US markets in 2008. Featuring patented neno user interface and zForce optical touch screen technology, the Neonode N2 provides an intuitive navigational experience for novice and advanced users alike. The zForce optical touchscreen works by reacting to sweeping and tapping signals on the screen - much like the Apple iPhone - and does not need a stylus or hard pressure.

Launched in Europe in Q3 2007, the Neonode N2's launch in the US will be announced in Q2 2008. There's no information yet on retail pricing or the carrier. If you are in Las Vegas, you can catch the Neonode N2 on display at the CES 2008 between Jan 7-10 in Central Hall, Booth 9817.
