What’s surprising is that the officials were surprised to find smartphones with terrorists. And with all the technology available they were not capable of tracking down cell phone usage from inside the hotels before while they were negotiating?

It’s always sad to report such news but we shouldn’t be so amazed that more and more people are using advanced communication technologies, no matter what their intentions are.
