I had to replace the Nvidia drivers that came with the machine because it periodically crashed: especially when running Flash based web applications. This is my first laptop, and I've heard that this is a common problem with laptops. I can tell you that next time laptop temperature is going to be a prime concern. I've heard that the problem might be with the nVidia drivers. If I had to choose a laptop again, I wouldn't get this one.
