The MSI gaming laptop that was presented at CeBIT and that we mentioned a few months ago is now available for purchase with a price tag of $1,700.

In case you forgot the MSI GT660R boasts a 16-inch screen and in the inside a powerful Intel Core i7-740QM quad-core processor running at 1.73GHz, as well as 6GB of DDR3 RAM memory and a good graphics card powered by a nVidia GeForce GTX285M with 1GB. On top of the 1TB on the hard-drive it also has a Blu-ray drive and the usual goodies include a 9-cell battery, a 4-in-1 media card reader, and Windows 7 Home Premium as the operative system. The unit is available for purchase online at Amazon and Newegg.
