Now this is an interesting way to charge your phone! Instead of plugging your phone into a wall, car, or USB port to charge it, Motorola is designing a method by which you could charge your phone while riding a bicycle.

Motorola chief executive Ed Zander showed off the bicycle charging method at the Consumer Electronics Show last week. Motorola aims to target Southeast Asia, rural China and Latin America where wire-line telephone networks may be lacking. Cell phones are becoming an integral tool for people in this emerging markets, where bicycles are the most popular mode of transportation.
