Motorola has come up with an Ultra Mobile Personal Computer code named VC6096 that has a wide range of features, starting with the many connectivity options, and ending with the good extras.

The device has transportation services as the main target, and comes with a fixed mount so it stays steady on a vehicle. In terms of connectivity the VC6096 boasts WiFi (802.11a/b/g), 3.5 GSM, HSDPA, WWAN, and bluetooth. Lastly, there is a GPS receiver – SiRF Star III – so the location of the vehicles is always known 24/7.

As for the hardware list, there is a processor running at 624Mhz, 128MB of RAM, 256MB of internal flash memory, a slot for SD memory cards, and 5 hot-keys. The audio department has a microphone and speakers, while the operative system is Windows Mobile 6.1

Motorola VC6096 promises to maximize driver productivity, improve safety and vehicle utilization.
