I thought I’ll never see this name again considering that Motorola has called its second Android phone the Droid or the Milestone, depending where you shop. But it looks like a new Sholes has been spotted in the wild. The tablet in the picture has been leaked somewhere in China and we even have some pictures for you. The device is supposed to offer you a 550MHz OMAP TI 3430 processor, a 3.7-inch touchscreen display, 800 x 480 resolution, HDMI port, 3.5 headset jack, UMTS/HSPA connectivity, 8-megapixel camera with Xenon flash and Android 2.0.

Is it just me or does this Sholes Tablet sound like an upgraded version of the Droid? We have no idea when the tablet concept is going to be available but we’ll tell you more once Motorola makes it official. Stay tuned!
