Motorola MING 2 clears the FCC
Motorola's followup to the A1600 MING, the MING 2, has finally cleared the FCC hurdle. This Linux-based clamshell retains the same design as the original A1600 but with a few improvements. Motorola has thrown in a 3.2 megapixel camera and quad-band EDGE, and although there is no mention of it in the FCC documents, the A1600 is supposed to have WiFi too. Other than that, it packs a radio, Bluetooth, and micro-USB support.
The phone sadly shies away from the States but if you are still inclined to own it, you should know that the phone will work in the US with its worldband radio.
