I purchased my Stature i9 over two weeks ago, and I cant say enough great things about this phone! I have used practically every brand of cell phone and service since 1996, and I can tell you that this is one of the best clamshells that I have ever owned. I currently use my i9 with Boost Mobile (Also a great pre-paid carrier). The i9 has almost unlimited configurations, my favorite being the ability to record both ends of the conversation with very loud and clear quality. The phone is extremely solid, and feels like a real phone in your hands, unlike it's razor counterpart. The only complaint, is that the phone is so shinny with it's piano finish, that it's hard to keep my fingerprints from showing, which I am obsessive about cleanliness. The Motorola Stature i9 combined with the Boost Mobile Unlimited Everything plan for $50 is an unbelievable match!

Update 2-9-2009: Spoke to Boost Sales Division this morning to confirm the expected release date of the Motorola Stature i9. The representative told me that the Boost sales department was notified by email this morning, that the expected date is set for the first week of March 2009. I asked the rep if the phone would only be available online, or if it was going to be offered at any retail locations. To my surprise, he told me that it would only be offered at Wal-Mart and RadioShack. I reaffirmed that no other retail location would carry this phone for Boost Mobile, and he once again stated that according to his information, only Wal-Mart and RadioShack would be offering the Motorola Stature i9. So if this is true, keep your eyes open at one of these locations for this anticipated unit, I know I will be first inline to nab one at the full retail price if I have to.
