In a joint annoucement at the CTIA show today, Motorola and Verizon Wireless announced the availability of Motorola’s first in-car streaming audio solution – the T605. First unveiled in November 2006, it is finally available for consumer purchase. This new car kit from Motorola gives users access to digital music and phone calls directly through one car sound system. So while you’re driving around in the car, you can wireless stream music you have stored on your Bluetooth stereo mobile phone. You don’t have to worry about missing any calls either because when a call comes in, the T605 will automatically pause the music, and then resume it when your call is over with. As soon as you turn on your car, the T605 will automatically sync up with your Bluetooth enabled phone.

This neat new hands-free device will be available beginning April 6 at all Verizon Wireless stores for just $149.99. Professional installation is available at an additional cost at select Circuit City stores.
