The device is rugged but after byuing one I had constant problems with it (barcode reader malfunction, camera not working, bluetooth not working, wifi not working in Europe). There is no support !!! DO NOT BUY IT !! Simon

these devices are more complex then you give them credit for. there design while it may be not so aesthetic to you ….drop it from a second story window that shit will survive.
