Investors can now look forward to an application on their iPhone that will aid them in their investment research and decision making needs. Morningstar has launched a free mobile app which will help investors track their portfolios and be up to date with market trends anywhere they may be. The app allows users to view performance charts for stocks, funds, exchange-traded funds and indexes, access the Morningstar Market Barometer and data on each of the Morningstar fund categories, and track the market indexes with current news articles and listings of gainers, losers and most active ones.
