Here is Mitsubishi‘s new DVR BF2000 digital video recorder! It’s a pretty looking gadget and it comes with 500GB of hard disk drive space and the ability to burn Blu-ray discs and DVDs. The very good news is that you can record 2 programs at the same time, but unfortunately this is all available only in Japan for now as the DVR BF2000 supports only the BS/110CS digital and analog broadcast systems for now. How about that?

Here is my favorite part: the DVR-BF2000 can actually cut, edit out and play what you record! No more commercials right? The Mitsubishi Blu-ray DVR comes equipped with an SD card slot which will also allow you to view photos and videos from your camera.

Unfortunately at the moment it is only available in Japan, for the equivalent of $1,940.
