Microsoft Mobile Memory Mouse 8000
Microsoft has announced its newest member on mouse category, it is the Mobile Memory Mouse 8000 for notebooks and the giant Microsoft claims it is the first on the market being a “recheargable (notebook) mouse with 1GB of flash memory built right into the transceiver”. But, is it?
The transceiver uses 2.4Ghz Wireless Technology and can also be used as a USB pen, making it an useful 2-in-1 product. Other interesting features on the Memory Mouse 8000 include a cool way to charge the device simply by using the magnetic connectors and the USB transceiver, a on/off button to make the battery last longer, and 5 buttons that can be customized according to the folders/applications/files you access the most.
It looks like Microsoft forgot about the left-handed people, because this mouse was designed for right-handed users only.
As for the price - $100 - and already available for pre-sale at Amazon with an estimated shipment date on October.
