Microsoft creating a Surface for Mobiles?By Mark Rollins - 03/02/2010 5:23:30 PM |
I’ve always wanted one of those Microsoft Surface tables for my own, but they come with a huge pricetag. Fortunately, Microsoft might be working on a more affordable model with this portable job that you see in the photo.
Unlike the touchscreen of the coffee-table sized Surface, this one uses projection technology and presumably some advanced sensors. I am assuming that in order to turn a coffee table into a touchscreen, you will need some interesting tech to do it.
Microsoft plans to demo this “Mobile Surface” at TechFest 2010.
