Makerbot Printed iPod Dock

iPhones or iPod Touch devices can be personalized easily but an iPod Dock? We have seen a lot of unique and different looking iPod docks today but nothing beats being able to make one on your own with the use of your desktop PC. Something like what Will Langford from BotMade did with the MakerBot CNC should be different.

It was done using a 3D model via the computer and then MakerBot printed out the thin layers of plastic stacked on top of each other. The plastic snaps onto a block of sturdy plywood for stability. If you feel you don’t have the time to do it, don’t worry. You can get one over at Etsy for only $23.
