Logic Bolt is a new phone which has just been presented by Logic Wireless. In case you’re trying to remember Logic Wireless from anywhere you should probably stop trying since the company is a just a new startup which might, or might not succeed in this tough cell phone business.

The Logic Bolt is both a phone and a projector. It will feature quad-band GSM, a 3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, talk time of 2 to 3 hours, Java OS and projected display size of 36 to 64 inches.

You can project content from the phone itself or from other devices via VGA input and enjoy it for about two hours. Logic Wireless plans to launch a dual-mode GSM/CDMA set which will get you live video conference support, a projector which is four times brighter and a Windows Mobile OS.

We have no idea when a Logic Bolt is going to arrive but it will cost $100 with a contract or $600 if you’re going to get it without an agreement. Impressed yet? Well let’s see what Logic Wireless will be able to do in 2009 but in the mean time you can always check it out at CES.
