Limo Foundation Is Alive: Nine Panasonic and NEC Linux Devices to be Unveiled on April 20

Next Monday, on April 20, history is about to be written as Panasonic and NEC will unveil nine new devices which will run on Linux. And that’s not just any kind of Linux there but we’re talking about the LiMo operating system. We were actually wondering when the first LiMo products will appear and it looks like this is it folks. After Panasonic and NEC we will also expect other makers part of the LiMo Foundation to build and launch their own devices. 2009 will be a great year in the mobile business. And it’s going to be really tough choosing the right phone with so much fierce competition between the big names in the industry.
