Today, Sony Ericsson announced their newest phone, the S500. Inspired by the beauty and wonder of nature, the S500 incorporates many fine details that sets it apart from other mobile phones.
The Sony Ericsson S500 is a small, slim slider phone featuring color accents and changing desktop themes. Express your inner artist by setting in-phone themes and external light affects whenever you want. You can even set it to change with the seasons, as it turns from day to night, or when the weekend begins. Options such as these allow you to express your individuality and unique perspective.
The S500 will be available in two colors - Mysterious Green and Spring Yellow. It features a 2-inch color screen, bluetooth, a 2-megapixel camera, and a cool MP3 player function. The S500 also features an expandable Memory Stick slot, and you can surf the web or play games easily on your phone. While the features aren't all that unique, they are pretty good, and the styling of the phone sets it apart.
The Sony Ericsoon S500 is a 2.5G phone that works on GSM/GPRS/EDGE
850/900/1800/1900. It is expected to be available in North America during Q3 2007. Pricing has not yet been revealed.
