LG Viewty now available
The LG Viewty cellphone was already presented in Korea a few months ago, but just today LG showed off the mobile phone for the European market. Codenamed LG-KU990, the device was specially made for photo fanatics, thanks to the 5-megapixel Schneider-Kreuznach camera. In case you want your photos to have a better quality, there is a manual focus option that will definitely be a good help. Other details that will help you out include SmartLight technology, a one touch Image Stabilizer, and a ISO of 800.
The LCD touchscreen measures 3-inches and it comes with a handwriting editing function, which is something rare to see in mobile phones. The LG Viewty is able to play DivX video files while using the widescreen format, and the recording options are pretty good – 120 frames per second – a world's first, according to LG.
A jog wheel placed on the back of the handset allows for quick scrolling and searching; and when playing music or videos it can turn the volume up and down, fast-forward or rewind and zoom in and out. Users can easily select the modes – ‘Camera’, ‘Video’, ‘Album’ with the 3-step module key.
