The low-end phone the LG Shine Touch (KM55) is reportedly all set to be offered by Telus and Rogers. The official announcement is expected to be made soon for both carriers. Among the features of the LG Touch Shine include a 3 MP camera, a 3” WQVGA display, WiFi and quad band GSM support.

Rogers Wireless will reportedly offer the LG KM55 for $49.99 with a 3 year contract. Telus is expected to offer something similar.
