LG-SH240 HSDPA Phone Feels Like Skin

|

LG-SH240a.jpgThe new LG-SH240 3G HSDPA slider cell phone's selling point is not its 3G or its HSDPA capabilities, but it's unusual texture. The LG-SH240 cell phone actually feels like skin. I don't know why anyone would want their cell phones to feel like human skin, but LG seems to think it's a good idea. The texture came from a design using silicon which is used on the front panel including the directional buttons, keypad, and menu. The LG-SH240 comes with SK Telecom Korea's MONETA service, 2 megapixel camera, MP3 player, video telephony, and Bluetooth connectivity. The cell phone will sell for approximately US$400 in the Korea market.
