It’s only been a few months since the GM730’s debut, but LG does not seem to be wasting any time in pushing out the next iteration of the device, the GM750. Vodafone has now announced acquiring exclusivity to offer this WM 6.5-powered handset on the European continent with an initial release on October 6th, the day Windows Mobile 6.5 will be unleashed across the world. The GM730 was a great smartphone with many specs that needed no improvement and keeping this in mind, LG has largely carried many of these features over to the GM750 including its 5-megapixel camera, GPS receiver, WiFi, S-Class UI, and its 3-inch QVGA display, but abandoning WM6.1 for the hotness of 6.5. Expect the LG GM750 to drop in the UK, Greece, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain on October 6, followed by a rollout in other European countries later.

Hey, not bad for first attempt.
I love the optical D-Pad (coolest thing in the first Omnia).
Not sure about the S-Class UI though, seems too messy to me… and I know it won some nice prizes…
