The LG Chocolate 3 phone is another phone announced this weekend. Unlike its predecessors this isn’t a slider but a flip phone. But you already knew that didn’t you. And unlike the other phone launched this weekend, it doesn’t have that many apps available to use. Nor is it that popular too. And I am sure you won’t have to sleep in front of Verizon Wireless stores to get one. Not to mention it was supposed to arrive on July 14th.

The LG Chocolate 3 will be available for $129.99 for a two year contract. That’s the price after the mail in rebate so you’ll have to initially pay the whole $179.99 and wait for the check to arrive.

There’s nothing special about this LG Chocolate, but that doesn’t mean it is a bad handset. It has lots of music and video oriented features media player, video recording, VZ Navigator-capable, Chaperone Child-capable, Bluetooth Version 2.1 + EDR, One-touch speakerphone and Speaker-independent voice commands.
