Alltel customers looking for a stylish low-end cell phone now have a new option on the carrier’s network, the LG AX310.  Featuring a clamshell form factor, the AX310 sports the following features:

• 1.3 megapixel camera with zoom function
• Bluetooth connectivity
• Voice-activated calling
• Speaker-independent voice control

Not much but for $29.99 (after a $30 mail-in rebate on a 1-year service agreement), the LG AX310 should find some buyers looking for a cheap and basic handset.
