LG has other products out there besides cell phones. You shouldn’t be that surprise to find the new XD1 portable hard drives while browsing for extra storage solution. Not only do they look good but they also promise a lot. They are only 2.5 inch long and they have a SATA II interface. The USB 2.0 E-SATA port can transfer files for up to 480MBps. The XD1 portable hard drive will come in four versions: 120, 160, 250 and 320GB.

If you are thinking about ordering one, well we still have to wait for an actual release date and pricing. LG has only announced those hard drives in Korea without mentioning any of these details.
