Lenovo Unveils $500 Thinkpad X100e Ultraportable Laptops

Lenovo has announced the availability of the Thinkpad X100e ultraportable laptops which retail for less than $500. The Thinkpad X100e laptops will be powered by AMD processors and will be backed by features such as an 11.6” HD display, ISO full-size keyboard, and a multi-touch touchpad and Trackpoint for easier navigation.

It will also be armed with the usual connectivity options such as WiFi, Bluetooth, and 3G. They will be available in Heatwave Red and Midnight Black models. They will be available starting January 5 and will be priced starting at $449.00.
