Lenovo to Launch its Upgraded Ultra-compact Notebook PC

Lenovo, one of the top manufacturers of notebook PCs expects to launch its new 13.3-inch ultra-compact notebook pc. The Thinkpad 301 is aimed as a competitor to Appl’s very popular Macbook Air. It will be available in the US this coming August 26th.

The Thinkpad 301 comes in with an Intel Core 2 Duo U9300(1.2GHz) or U9400(1.4GHz) processor, DDR3 memory, and 64GB or 128GB of SSD. It is an upgrade to the already existing Thinkpad 300 and adopts a next-generation DisplayPort and will support WiMAX technology.

Suggested price is 2,599(USD).
