In an effort to ensure quality operations, Bamberger, Foreman, Oswald, and Hahn, LLP has replaced its old legacy Olympus software with BigHand’s award-winning voice productivity software due to more features and capabilities that should help improve teamwork and staff efficiency.
Among the highlights of the BigHand’s award-winning voice productivity software include that of relying heavily on voice tasks and dictation sent for on-the-go personnel and also update them on the status of important things going on in the office place. Overall, BigHand helps attorneys get more work done, expedites the document production process, reduces support staff time and improves client service.
The company’s shift is geared towards their call for a more efficient and optimized business operations, wanting to see the fruits of such investments in the form of production and quality. Going into the summer holiday period, the firm also expects that BigHand will make it easier to cover staff who are on vacation by automatically routing work to individuals with capacity.
