Just days after Kodak ended a patent dispute with Samsung, settling out of court, it appears now that it has given them additional strength and courage to go after Apple and RIM, makers of the iPhone and Blackberry, respectively. Kodak filed for the same patent dispute as they did against Samsung: a Kodak-patented way of previewing images on phones.
