Windows 7 will bring touch support to our future desktops and laptops and one of them could be the 11.6-inch EX6 tablet from Kohjinsha.
The EX6 will feature a 11.6-inch LED-backlit resistive touchscreen capable of 1,366 x 768 resolution, a 1.6GHz Atom N270 processor, a 945GSE chipset, up to 2GB of memory, a 160GB HDD, 802.11n WiFi connectivity, gigabit Ethernet, front and back-facing cameras, a DVD player, a 2600mAh battery, 2 USB ports and SDHC/microSDHC/ExpressCard support.
The machine will be available sometime this month for $635 and it will be running Windows XP at first. It’s up to you to upgrade it to Windows 7 and unleash its true potential.
