Jensen Rock-n-Road Portable Navigation System with XM Radio
Jensen announces a new GPS portable navigation devices, the NVXM1000 (“Rock n’ Road”). The device jam packed with lots of features. The NVXM1000 features a large 4” color touch screen display with preloaded maps of U.S. and Canada including 11 million points of interest on its 8GB hard drive. As with many GPS devices you get turn-by-turn voice prompts, but not in 12 different languages like the Rock n’Road. FM modulation allows for the system to deliver sound and instructions to the vehicles existing speakers. Users can store and play MP3 files and also display pictures. What makes this GPS device unlike the others is its combination of a GPS navigation system and XM satellite radio. There is built-in slot for an XM mini-tuner that can be purchased separately which can be used for in the vehicle and in the home for just one subscription fee. With the XM radio, users can receive traffic information through XM Real-time Traffic broadcasts. Also available is a optional rear-view camera for blind spots while backing up your vehicle.
