The iTouch Supreme was created by Stuart Hughes and includes a 22 carat gold piece, which results in 149 grams of gold. As if that isn’t enough, the device also includes a navigation buttons that has twelve VVS1 diamonds, a pink diamond in the middle, and 300 VVS1 diamonds to form the letter F which is located in the front. What about the Apple logo? Well, that detail has 21 grams of 22carat gold + 53 diamonds of VVS1.
