iPod nano class-action lawsuit settled, your $37.50 check is in the mailBy Mark Rollins - 04/08/2010 5:34:44 PM |

When the first generation of iPod nano came out, a lot of people were upset that it would scratch so easily. I have no idea how long it took for the class action lawsuit to be filed, tried, and reach a verdict, but it proves how much the wheels of justice turn slowly.
In the Case of the People vs. the Scratched iPod Nano, a settlement has been reached and those who took part in it will get their $37.50 in the mail. That is only a fraction of the iPod nano’s price, but hey, now it can buy a handful of decent apps.
I wonder if the rumored iPad nano will have similar problems. Kidding. (Hopefully.)
