The 3G iPhone isn’t that available yet and its software appears to have been already unlocked and jailbroken. What do you think Apple? Back to the drawing boards for the next OS versions? I mean you certainly weren’t expecting no one to succeed in hacking it right?

Apparently the iPhone Dev Team are the first ones to crack it. The first iPhone and its software took a couple of months to be freed for the public but this one has apparently been unlocked before being released to the public. That’s strange isn’t it.

The unlocked and jailbrocken version of the iPhone OS 2.0 will be available from the iPhone Dev Team anytime soon. That means you can switch carriers at any time and have your iPhone run other applications.
