IPhone Browses Diagnostic Heart Images

Due to the big success of the iPhone there are even medical related products for the Apple phone, and that is the case with Heart Imaging Technologies and their new way of viewing medical images, which is directly on the iPhone screen.
To take advantage of this service, the doctors only need to click on a link that is sent via email by one of their "partners". Afterwards they just have to type the password and access to view the content is granted. The content can either be images or movies, a beating heart like you can see on the image, or a simple x-ray.
The usefulness of this service is being able to do medical consultation on a hand held device, and to help this task the physicians can use the speaker phone to communicate with the colleague, and keep viewing the image/video content.
Patient privacy is obviously a critically-important issue on the internet. Fortunately, medical privacy concerns can be addressed using the same encryption technologies employed by online banking and credit card transactions.
