Apple took another award and this time is the top spot in a JD Power and Associates customer satisfaction survey in the smartphone category. Despite the fact that the iPhone 3G has various flaws, it still managed to surpass the competition.
Those that answered the survey gave the iPhone top scores in most categories except the battery life where it only scored two out of five. Apple’s total score was of 791 points which was above the average of 751. Following the iPhone are RIM and HTC at 739 and 744. The survey measured the following:
