iPhone 4 to have 512MB of RAM

10x0617j2n3r532rap4For some reason, word has been slow about how much RAM is involved with the iPhone. It is confirmed that it is 512MB.

I believe that this is double that of the iPad and iPhone 3GS, which is pretty impressive. I guess we all thought that the front-facing camera and new design were impressive.

I’m sure that we’ll be hearing more about how great the iPhone 4 is before June 24th.
